  • Paul Singer

    President

    Since forming Singer Financial Corp. in 1992, Mr. Paul Singer has served continuously as its President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary.

    Mr. Singer received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science (now Philadelphia University) in 1988. From 1988 to 1990, Mr. Singer was employed by Scott Finance Company and Scott Consumer Discount Co., where he managed all phases of the business. From October 1990 through August 1992, Mr. Singer brokered residential and commercial loans for Treecorp Financial Inc. Also, from 1986 to 1988, Mr. Singer was the founder and President of Credit Recovery System and Collection Agency, which specialized in collecting delinquent accounts for small businesses.

    He was a member of the Board of Directors of Market Street Building and Loan Association from 1988 till 1996.

  • Christopher Meade

    Operation Manager

    Christopher Meade has been employed by Singer Financial Corp. since 2021. He serves as an Assistant to Mr. Singer. Mr. Meade is responsible loan underwriting and servicing, property management of the REO properties owned by Singer Financial Corp. And its related companies and other related operational duties.

    Mr. Meade was born in Philadelphia, PA. He is current enrolled at the Fox School of business at Temple University and is expected to graduate with a degree in Finance in 2025.

    Marketing

    Julia Singer has been working at Singer Financial since December 2023. She is responsible for marketing both properties and loan programs in the Philadelphia area.

    Ms. Singer, a Philadelphia native, graduated from Drexel University in May 2024 with a degree in Business Management and Hospitality.
